Xcelerate Productions is a creative and technical production company, specialising in the conference and live event market.

The founder, Trevor Crysell, has been in the production industry for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to the live events field.

Xcelerate Productions offers a truly unique production management service from initial concepts and creative proposals through to on-site management of all aspects of the show, including set build, lighting design, sound and video.

Time is taken to truly understand the aims and objectives of the event at the beginning of any project, ensuring that the right approach is provided first time, every time.

To support the technical production aspect, Xcelerate can also provide a consultative approach to venue finding, speakers, acts, entertainment, theming, décor, security and special effects.

The whole package enables you, the client, to concentrate fully on your event and your delegates with the knowledge that your messages will be handled professionally and efficiently throughout.

All projects undergo a thorough risk assessment with detailed CAD drawings and visuals through to venue risk assessments,
method statements, health and safety etc. Xcelerate holds a £2m public liability licence.
