ReviewEvents.com is an independent, review-based venue and supplier database containing over 12,000 venues & suppliers worldwide. It enables event organisers to view unbiased opinions from other buyers and also offers free venue finding and a free RFP service for planners. Elsewhere, stay up to date with the latest blogs and industry news.
Who can write reviews on ReviewEvents.com?
Anyone involved in planning events: from agency staff, corporate planners and DMCs to party organisers and wedding planners. Whether you've held events at the venue, been a fam trip or been a delegate, there's options for you in the Add A Review section. All we ask is that you're honest, keep any criticisms constructive and remember the positive stuff too.
Is ReviewEvents.com only for UK event planners?
No. ReviewEvents.com has a database of over 12,000 international venues and is open to event buyers and suppliers across the globe. We would love to know where you're posting from though.
Do I have to register to use ReviewEvents.com?
Yes, we would like you to register so that you can make full use of the site, including posting reviews, sourcing suppliers, free venue finding and RFP service and utilising our forums and blogs.
Can I post reviews confidentially?
Yes. You can choose a unique User Name for you and only this and your location will be displayed on the review.

What happens once I've registered?
Once registered, you will be sent a confirmation email and you are ready to start reviewing and searching.

How can I edit or remove my review?
To edit or remove a review, please email us.
When will my review be posted?
Reviews will be posted automatically to the site.
I can't find the venue I am looking for...
If you can't find the venue you are looking for with the advance search function, please add the basic venue details into the Add a Venue section and we will load the venue to the site. To save you time, you can add your review at the same time so you don't need to return to the site. It may take up to 48 hours to load a new venue to the site as the details will need to be verified.
Can I request a quote for any venues on the site?
If you are interested in just one venue, click the book this venue link which is part of the venue address details.
If you would like to receive a full proposal for one or more venues on the site, or if you need a more bespoke venue find, then please go to the Event Services section of the site and email us your Venue Find enquiry. We aim to provide quotes within 24 hours of your request and this service is offered free. Once you are ready to confirm a venue, you will then deal directly with them. Assisted site inspections can be arranged if you require. Details will be sent to you once your enquiry is received. Venue finding is provided by a trusted network of 3rd party providers.
How does the RFP Service work?
Suppliers who have an enhanced entry in the Supplier Directory are included in our RFP service. The service is free and you can request a proposal for any type of event service that these suppliers on the site offer, from catering to full event management. Complete the enquiry form in the Event Services section and we will do the rest for you. Once you receive the proposal it will be up to you to confirm directly with your chosen supplier. However, we are here to help if you need further advice.

Yes, we would like you to register so that you can make full use of the site and check your own reviews. Please don't post reviews of competitors or for yourself - anything suspicious will be taken down. Take up an enhanced entry and have the right to reply - a much more proactive approach.
Does it cost to be listed?
Venues
A basic venue entry is free on ReviewEvents.com. If your venue is not listed, then go to Add a Venue and complete the online form. We will verify and load onto the site.
ReviewEvents.com offers venues the opportunity to become a Premier Partner - the many benefits include priority listing, right to reply to reviews posted and more. For further details and the media pack click here to go to the Venue Microsite or contact us.
Suppliers
Review Events offers standard entries on our Supplier Database for a small fee and the opportunity to become a Premier Partner, with benefits including your logo, company description and links to venuefind and RFP requests. How do I update my listing?
If you wish to update your listing please email us at info@reviewevents.com and we will be do the update for you.
How long will my business remain on ReviewEvents.com
Venues will be listed permanently (with a standard entry) until we are requested to take it down from the site - please let us know if there is any change in ownership of a venue at any time so that we can ensure the listing is relevant. Premier Partners are placed for one year at which time a renewal of your subscription will be required to keep the enhanced entry on the site. Renewals will be automatic unless advised otherwise.

Can I use the reviews posted for my own marketing purposes?
You can use reviews written about your business for your own marketing purposes. The reviews must be shown in context, not re-written and must be accredited to ReviewEvents.com.
What other marketing opportunities are available?
As well as listings, there are a number of advertising and other marketing opportunities available with ReviewEvents.com. Contact us at info@reviewevents.com to request a media pack.
How do I comment on reviews of my business on ReviewEvents.com?
You need to sign up for an enhanced entry and this will give you the ‘right to reply' to any reviews. Click here to download our media pack.
Is ReviewEvents.com only for UK event buyers and suppliers?
No. ReviewEvents.com has a database of over 12,000 international venues and suppliers and is open to event buyers and suppliers across the globe.
Can users book my venue through the site?
Yes. There is a link on each entry to book this venue. Alternatively, users can request a venue find proposal for multiple properties or destinations by using the enquiry form in the Event Services section of the site.
Venue finding will be handled by preferred 3rd party suppliers.
What is the RFP service?
Suppliers who have an enhanced entry in the Supplier Directory are included in our RFP service. The service is free for planners and they can request a proposal for any type of event service that is provided by suppliers in this category. Planners will complete the enquiry form and we will send out to the suppliers requested.
Proposals should be sent directly to the planner with a copy to ReviewEvents so that we can ensure service levels are being maintained. Further details will be sent to you at the time a request is made.
